Bill's estate planning practice covers a wide range of areas from "simple" Wills; Limited, General and Springing Powers of Attorney; Children's, Grandchildren's Family and Special Needs Trusts, to more complex documents to achieve a balance between asset protection and other considerations of his clients (these may involve business continuation agreements, Marital Deduction/Credit Shelter and Disclaimer Trusts; Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Living Trusts, and other asset protection vehicles). Bill's practice also covers: adoptions, guardianship and general estate, Chancery and probate matters.

When formulating a comprehensive estate plan, it is Bill's practice to involve a client's personal financial advisor and/or his or her CPA, so that the best possible solution can be arrived at, taking into consideration the various competing needs and priorities which may exist due to a client's particular circumstance.

Bill is a present member of The Estate and Financial Planning Council of Central New Jersey. He is a monthly attendee at the Cannon Financial Estate Planning Seminars and other Programs and Seminars covering virtually all aspects of Estate Planning.
