Bill's primary areas of concentration are Estate Planning, residential and commercial real estate transactions (including zoning and planning), and equine law.

      Bill's estate planning practice covers a wide range of areas from "simple" Wills; Limited, General and Springing Powers of Attorney; Children's, Grandchildren's Family and Special Needs Trusts, to more complex documents to achieve a balance between asset protection and other considerations of his clients (these may involve business continuation agreements, Marital Deduction/Credit Shelter and Disclaimer Trusts; Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Living Trusts, and other asset protection vehicles).

      Bill's practice also covers: adoptions, guardianship and general estate, Chancery and probate matters.
